In what order should I read?

    I have just purchased some R. A. Salvatore books, after being deeply impressed by the Dark Elf Trilogy, the Icewind Dale trilogy and the Legacy of the Drow. The books I have bought are Paths of Darkness set, and the Hunter's Blades trilogy.

    Now, I'm wondering which one I should read first of the two sets I've bought. I would also like to buy the Sellswords trilogy, but I have yet to find it here in Sweden. When I get my hands on it though, when should I read it?

    I'd read them in the order published - so Paths of Darkness first, then Hunter's Blades. (Sellswords, I have no idea - haven't read it).

    My rule of thumb is to always read things in the order published - even if the author backs up and writes a prequel.

    Sellswords is regarding Entreri and Jaraxle and it concerns events in the Paths of Darkness so it's Paths of Darkness, Hunter's Blades then Sellswords. But afaik hunter's blades is happening at the same time as sellswords? could be wrong though.
