Import Characters from previous SOA games

    Is it possible to replay the game with a character you have already finished it with? I am trying to piece together a party consisting of characters from previous multiplayer games (i.e. no NPCs). I have been able to import low level (level 10) characters into a new game, but when I try with a high level (i.e. lvl 15-19) character my game does not respond. I just want to blast through over the holidays and check out some quests I haven't done before, starting with a high level character will be easy, but will satisfy my objective.

    I haven't tried it. However, as an alternative, why don't you just make a few characters and console or SK in the extra experience, stats and/or items you want? If the purpose is to check out quests, who cares how your characters were made?

    I've imported a high-level character from one game into another. I'm pretty sure she was higher than tenth level.

    Perhaps it's an item your imported character is carrying that is screwing up your new game. Check you inventory for one-off and quest items. Get rid of them and try again.
