[IMG] Howdy. Anyways, I was just posting to see if anyone here still uses IEEP instead of DLTCEP, and, if so, I was hoping they might tell me how you would place an item you created into a merchant. Basically, I made some scrolls that protect the character from button disabling, thus allowing them to cast arcane spells in armor, and want to know how to place them in the Adventurer's Mart. Any help at all would be excellent. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to read this, and have a splendiferous day, folks.

First you must extract STO file from biff. You can do this with DLTCEP, NI or Winbiff - http://www.clandlan.net/download.php?file=fwmirror/WinBiffv1.2.2.zip
Start Winbiff, load Chitin.key from BG2 and use Search button for finding RIBALD.STO and extract it.
Start IEEP, choose Store Maker. Load RIBALD.STO and click on "+" button in line "Items Sold Here". Write item code, you want to add.
    Save RIBALD.STO to override folder.

A much better way to do it would be WeiDU. Make your item as normal using IEEP, then use WeiDU to assign the text and add it to the store.

It's not only a better way to go about it to let other people use it, but it is easy to undo your changes (just uninstall) and you will be a lot less likely to unintentionally break your game. :)

To get WeiDU, look here: http://www.weidu.org

The ReadMe has instructions and descriptions of features (including the command you want, ADD_STORE_ITEM) as well as some examples. If you have other questions it is probably a better idea to ask questions at a modding board such as http://forums.gibberlings3.net or http://forums.pocketplane.net than a gaming board like here.
