The values are the same as in RACE.IDS, but they need to be assigned to a different offset than the one for the ranger's own race.

If you assign it the wrong way, you will change the ranger's race (rather than his hated race)!

Perhaps I misunderstood your question. I thouhgt that you wanted to change a ranger's racial enemy and wanted to know more about the values (codes) of different races and how to apply them. Apparently, this was not your question.

Would you please restate your question with more clarifications?

I wish to know the reference value of the file when putting it in something such as a spell, I wish to make a spell that will enhance the racial enemy bonus.

For making a spell which gives bonuses against one specific race, you firstly need to make an EFF file and then apply it via the function "Use EFF file" to your spell.

But note that your spell will only work for a given racial enemy. It won't be flexible to be usable by different rangers with different racial enemies. For any given hated race, you will need to make a separate spell. I guess what you have in mind is a flexible spell to be usable by any ranger regardless of his racial enemy. This is not possible as far as I know.

But if for example, you want the spell for a specific ranger whose racial enemy is determined, the spell can be made. The way is to make the EFF file first. But since, I guess that you actually wanted the flexible version of the spell, I won't go in details of how to make the inflexible one right now (unless of course you say that you want the inflexible spell).

Na, I know how to make a inflexible one. I need the flexible one.

I don't think it is possible in the game engine.
