ID Gets KOed

    The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled against Intelligent Design being taught in schools on the basis that it is unconstitutional. A federal judge ruled that ID represents a "religous alternative" and connot be considered a scientific theory. It can't be long before this goes to the Supreme Court, as I find it unlikely that all other states will have similar rulings.

    EDIT - Not sure if this is the correct forum, but given this is a judicial ruling, and a politically charged issue, I figured AoLS was better than AoDA.

    AFI, there's not likely to be an appeal of this case since the original school board was voted out en masse in November. No one else has standing to appeal the ruling. If the issue is to go farther, it'll have to be through another venue.

    BTW, HS and I both posted about this in the existing thread about ID. :roll:
