I finally killed Mellisan!

    [​IMG] Dang!! That was freakin hard!!

    The hard part is sending one of my tanks to protect Imoen and Aarie! Its almost like I shouldn't have even brought them!

    But then I remembered (just now) that I could've cast Mislead for them or something...

    But this game is seriously awsome!

    Well done! I still haven't been able to bet her a second time :(
    It would be made so much easier if one could sleep, so a big acheivment. But I found a disappointment came with it as well. I hate ending great games.

    The first time I beat Mellisan, I had three casualties and my PC was down to 10 HP. :)
    He was a Sorcerer though, but that time I didn't know some area-offensive spells won't harm your party members :rolleyes: so I ended up giving him 80% buffing spells + and MM and Dragon's Breath. He wasn't much of a spellchucker, but he made great bait.

    Congrats. Beating Mel is always a great achievement.

    Wow, only... let's see... about 4 years after the game was published? :D Congrats for finally beating the game!

    /Me beat Melissan the Cheese at 4th try. Someone should make a new mod of this fight -without Sarevok or other already beaten characters :rolleyes:

    Man! I'm not so sure I'm up to task of going after her solo! My pally and Aarie both carry a Rod of Ressurection, and I think we had to revive Anomen like 3 times, Minsc once, and Imoen once!

    The BG series is just flat out ridiculously awsome! Be it though I've only played SoA and ToB, I've heard nothing but good things bout the first two games. I'm planning on travelling to the other end of Ottawa tommorow in hopes of finding BG1 and ToSC in solo copies (try and save a few dollars from repurchasing the package deal because I already have SoA and ToB).
