I’m Seeing Double

    [​IMG] Alright, this is the second time in a row this has happened, and it's starting to annoy me.

    In my previous game, I sided with the Shadow Thieves to start Chapter 3, and when I went under the Graveyard to clear out the vampires, everybody was doubled – two mages at the start (as soon as I go underground, not when I actually see him), and later two of each enemy (Lassal, Durst, etc.). Plus each time a dialogue appeared, it repeated itself a second time. The only thing that wasn’t doubled was Bodhi. (I also got experience for killing both versions of each enemy.) The problem didn’t seem to occur past the vampire nest, but then that was my hardcore game that ended in Ust Natha, so I’m not sure if there would have been problems past that point.

    Now, I don’t necessarily mind this since I’ll get more XP, but it’s still a bug, and I’m not sure if I’ll have other problems. In my previous game, I had SoA installed along with the official patch and SP Fixpack. In my current game, I’ve added Item Upgrade and parts of Ease of Use (unlimited stacking and shorter cutscenes). Core rules both games.

    So, has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it (short of a reinstall)? Thanks for any help.

    I've also had it and it's caused with an issue with globals (possibly talking to Aran twice?)

    It won't affect any later areas, so don't worry.

    [​IMG] one time i had a problem where all characters were selected and if i clicked on one of them, nothing happened,they all still were selected
    so i deleted a bunch of downloads,
    it didn't help
    i then used a different save slot
    didn't help
    then i totally shut down my PC
    i turned it on 10 minutes later and everything was fine
    so try just giving your PC a "break" if tht doesn't work, then i'm, stumped
    since i am posting this 11 days after you poosted this topic,you might have already figured it out,so if you already figured it out, cool if not, let me know and i'll look online and ask some of my friends if they've encountered anything similar
