How to use skill items?

    [​IMG] I have few items which should grant me with skill or spell, but I'm unable to use them. Where do these "extra" skills / spells appear? For example I have a ring of animal charm (1/day) on one of my characters who doesn't have any points on the skill itself. The skill button (AnCh) is greyed out so I can't use it that way and clicking the ring itself in the inventory only gives info about it or picks it up. ???

    Any limited abilities of items can be selected by clicking on the backpack icon of the toolbar I believe.
