I've always wanted to create a new dungeon in Baldur's Gate or Baldur's Gate II; are there any mod'ing tools out there?

I'd look in two places that I know of that might help:

    1) here for a start, but under sorcerers main page, then under games, then under BG1 or BG2, then under the appropriate link for stuff that people have made, there maybe soemthing there.

    2) TeamBG's website. http://www.teambg.net

You should be able to find something there to help you out.

Using TeamBG's tool: IETME, is extramly difficult. I know, I tried, I failed, I gave up.

Oh, that link should be: www.teambg.com :rolling:

IETME isn't so bad (it's more that the game engine makes area editing awkward than IETME in many cases), and there really isn't anything else that comes remotely close to providing such complete area editing functionality.
