The stronghold you get depends on your class. If you are a fighter you get the D'arnise hold.

The others are dependent on what you are. If you are a mage, then you get the Planar sphere as a stronghold. The same goes for the other classes.

Basically, all the strongholds are major quests that you can do, and at the end of the one asscociated with your class, you will be given the option of taking it on.

On this topic are monks or barbarians the two classes without a stronghold.

[IMG] If I remember correctly then monks and barbarians also get the De'Arnise Hold as their stronghold.

But I haven't played either class in a while, so I may be mistaken.

Bards get the five flagons, clerics get their temple depening on alignment, mages get the planar sphere, rangers get the cabin in the Umar Hills, thieves get Mae'Vars Guildhouse, Druids get the grove, fighters get the De'Arnise hold, as mentioned, paladins get a room in the Order of the Radiant Heart.

I think Sorcerers can accept the planar sphere. Barbarians most likely get the De'Arnise hold. Monks might not get anything, I'm sure they are considered warriors still though.

Every class has a stronghold--barbarians and monks will also be offered the de'Arnise Keep.

edit: 8people types faster. :) And yep, sorcerers get the Planar Sphere.

    Ah thanks...
Always a bit surprised monks are treated as fighters but never mind...
