How do you use custom pics in Baldur's Gate ?

    I've been trying to figure out how to use custom pics in Baldur's Gate now fo about two weeks. And still how not had any luck. I've read the readme file. And even browsed chatrooms for help ( of course no luck ).
    So somebody please tell me how to use them... before i pull my hair out.

    [​IMG] Heh, you must have missed our chatroom. In your game's install directory (usually in Program Files/Black Isle/Baldur's Gate) make a directory called "portraits". Copy the portraits in it. Then run the game and from the character customization screen select the new portrtaits.
