How do I spawn the bonus merchant?

    The guy in the CC isn't there for some reason. He is always there except now for some reason. I re-checked the tweeks program and I had/have him installed. I've never had this problem before. How can I summon/spawn him? :confused:

    I sometimes find him outside by the door, if there was a fight in the CC it looks like he kind a ran away

    He is outside. Thought him to just be another commoner so I never looked at him. Shows how I choose books by covers. Lol.
    Actually my favorite book has my favorite book cover as well. I actually bought the book because I liked the cover so much.
    Black Sun Rising is the book if anyone is wondering :)
