How Do I Save Items Along With My Character?

    I just completed Neverwinter Nights up here at base, but I ran into a problem. I'd like to make an item and save it along with my character, so I can take this item with me on other modules. My character has Red Dragon armor, yet his helm doesn't match the body armor. I found the perfect helm when I was playing along with the toolset, and I created a cheap module just so I can pick up the helm and save (export) my character. But whenever I transfer my character to another module, the helm is missing. The helm itself isn't a powerful item at all, it's just a basic helm except a different color (it's one of the ones on the list, I think #24 on the helm list). Is there any way I can do this? I'm an army grunt, Haha, so if there is a way, remember that I'm not too bright and to keep the answers as simple as possible. Thanks, I appreciate any help you can provide
