Somewhere I read that you should not leave your henchmen in their skivvies but instead you should equipt them with armour etc. I must be missing something because I can't find any way of giving my henchmen armour or weapons from my inventory. They just drink the potions I give them and that is about it. Is there a way of giving them the other things?

rightclick on the character in question, on the actual model, not the picture. Go to the 11 o'clock option (top left side) "more actions". Then choose the 3 o'clock side (far right side) "inventory". From there, you can change out all their inventory. Each character has their own equipment to begin with, that you can not take from them, but you can unequip it if you have found something better. hope that works.

Hey thanks Bum for the info! I'm glad you told me about that before I finished the game without ever taking advantage of that.

Or in the conversation options, select, "I want to change your tactics," followed by, "I need to adjust your inventory."
