Help with XP cap disabler.

    I apologize to anyone who has heard this question a million times before, but I am having a rather difficult time installing the XP cap disabler. I don't seem to have any problems downloading it, and I can extract the executable to the Baldur's Gate Overide folder (assuming that is where it should go). However, when I attempt to run it I keep receiving an "illegal operation" error message.

    Can anyone give me (or at least point me in the right direction to) a clear description how to install the disabler so that it actually works? I would greatly appreciate any advice.

    Try installing the BG "ease of use" pack from the 'hacks and tweaks' section. It lets you pick which tweaks to install in your game within the couple available in the pack. One of which is the XP cap remover.
