Hi. My pc is way way way over spec for this game so this should not be happening. When I look at the time pendulum, it will swing in a choppy manner that mirrors how the characters move. In other words they will move-freeze-move-freeze-move and so on. I have tried every combo of configuration (in game and with the config tool) to no effect. Also I have defragged, drivers are up to date (not that that should matter) have a large pagefile etc. In other words all the standard tech support evasion answers do not apply.
Does anyone have a proven solution to this problem?

I figured it out. Apparently if you have too many items in you bags of holding then the stuttering can happen. I deleted the bags in shadowkeeper and the problem went away. I am just posting this here in case someone else has the same problem sometime.

Do you have bottomless bag of holding tweak from any mod? Bottomless bag of holdings cause even more choppy games.

aVenger has made a mod (aTweaks) where a part of it allows you to define the bottom of your bag of holdings yourself :) That solved my chopping issue a while back.
