HELP Elven Chain +1

    [​IMG] I really want the elven chain +1. Game Banshee's item list says it is on the leader of the thieves guild as loot. Do I have to kill him to get it, can I pickpocket it, or will I get it from him naturally. Don't want to choose to help him yet or vampires(if you actually can(re: not a trap)) without knowing what I must do to get it. If it has to be killing him, can the vampires help me get to Imoen and not cause me headaches later in the game or miss out on cooler items for it. Please help-greatly appreciated.
