halo has a nice plot not a great one but it keeps you interested and the graphics are nice but apart from that the action is awsome your running around with machine guns, rocket launchers, pistols, alien guns, and grenades its overall a 8 or 9 out of 10 game.

As for the X-box time will tell when its good or not, for example if no other good games come out or the company, for some strange reason, goes out of buisness or stops making games then it wont be good but if they keep doing what their doing now the X-box should do extremely well. So overall I say its a safe bet to go and buy yourself one.

[IMG] I'm buying an X-BOX in two days. HALO is the only game I'm buying for now. I have a strange arrangement; I buy the X-BOX, and a friend of mine says he'll buy the games. He's only in town like a weekend a month, so it should work out pretty well. He's prohibited form buying an X-BOX by his law student roommate, a classmate of mine. I figure, less going out this semester and more staying in and playing X-BOX. I have deliberated a long time over the console move. I can't delve as deeply into PC games as they do take a bit longer to learn and they tend to be more immersive. Another classmate has the PS2, and I like just going in and playing and getting out without completely losing track of time (alright, maybe a little.) Plus, there's so much crossover between PC/console these days, and a lot between different consoles. I thought the PS2 would be the better deal as you can play both PS1 and 2 games, which is a huge library, but I have faith in the X-BOX, and besides, two friends can't have the same system.
Anyway, I look forward to HALO immensely.

O.K., I got the X-BOX and it rocks. Halo is awesome. I tried Obi-Wan and didn't like it, though.
