    [​IMG] i got the life stone (source) from that guy's tomb, then i subdued the lich, then i went to jarrod's tomb, but it still wasn't destroyed, what did i not do correctly?

    There were a few times I had this very problem while covering the solution. I found two things had to be done.

    First, make sure he's dropped and done so in the Upper Tomb where you'll find his very essance. Also, make sure you have his very essance on you before you battle him.

    As soon as you drop him, take your party to the 2nd Tomb on the right and enter it, move around, walk around until you see the message appear in your status box below.

    The only thing I can think of as to why it didn't work for you was that the PC you took into the tomb, didn't have the essance in his inventory to be used.

    I didnt even bother killing the lich. I got my theif to sneak in and snag the liches essence then run into jarods tome. I was gladly hearing the screams of torment as that lich was dragged into the depths of hell.
