Hubby is desperately trying to get whatever you get for succeeding in the ambulance rescue missions. Any advice on how to go about doing so? He drives with care because the ambulance is a)tippy and b) combustable, but this leads to low times collecting the injured.

How do you drive fast and safely?

    Buckle up :D

Nah, try using the handbrake a lot. That's what I do. If you press the opposite key as it tips, you right the ambylance, and you can continue driving quickly. Also, I use walls to corner effectively, although this breaks the ambulance over a period of time. Mainly, avoid the busy routes, and use alleyways a lot.

In GTA III, the best place to do Paramedic missions is the first island, there are lots of places where you can 'shortcut' (right behind the Hospital and next where the Police Station is has lots of grass where you can shortcut) and most of the time, the injured people is quite close. The first and main advise is stay calm, forget getting nervous because is there when you scre* things; and it helps a lot to know the city; convince him that there's no need to go full speed all the time, the mission is doable at half speed.

I prefer the Hospital at the North end of the first island. More than half the injured will either be near the mall or at the beach. Secondly, once the injured get off they are no longer your concern. When your ambulance is officially empty, a beep sound is heard; run over the idiots if you have to. Try and enter the hospital lane in reverse, this will allow you to get out faster. And learn to brake before the corners and then accelerate into the corner, that way you will have more control and the van will not tip over.
