[IMG] I finnaly did it! I've changed all animations from FFG with animations from a "harlot" (The one used for Doloress and a few more caracters)!

The only problem is, normally the game would give a specifick color-code for models that are used more than once, if not than they are green-skinned, like Grace is now... Does anybody knows how I quick change colors? Withoud editing/recouloring every pixsel in the animation, cause that's a real pain in the ass!

Annyway, next step is to let Ignus look like a Black Abi!

You don't have to edit animations to do what you did. You can just specify which animation you want the creature to use in it's CRE file. This way, you have to have never met the creature in that saved-game yet to see the changes.

[IMG] That is treu but not all creatures have all the animations you need since some can't cast spells or ressurect. And you must make custom files for those, and that ones must have the right color... thats the problem I was facing(<-- I spelled that one wrong I guess?)

If they don't have an animation for a specific action using the method I mentioned then nothing bad happens, they just continue their standing animation during the action.

[IMG] I was afraid the game would lockup, but if you are sure that it's not... I shall try it :)!
