There is a new campaign setting called Ghostwalk that has just come out recently (or going to, anyways, depending on where you live, I guess). Anyways, it revolves around (duh) ghosts and a place where the ghosts of existing characters can run around and adventure with other buddies as "manifested" beings (they aren't incorporeal).

I have a few links to Ghostwalk.

This looks a lot different from the conventional campaign setting, but it has the right names on it (Monte Cook and Sean Reynolds), to actually work. The fact that the campaign is limited to only one city, makes it in my opinion less attractive. Because the whole campaign evolves around ghosts, the game might become boring and it seems impossible to implement the city into any other world, just to add a little difference to that other world.
This is not something I would put on my 'to buy' list, the art looks good however, but why buy the whole book if you can get it legally of the internet.
