[IMG] Some time ago a colleague of my asked me if I knew George Clinton, when I said no, He told me that it was wonderful music to shag on. So I got interested and some time later I saw him in the music video of “get Naked” by the methods of mayhem.

That was a few years ago now earlier today I was walking in a record store and my eyes felt on a very colourful cd with the name George Clinton on it the title of the album was: A Fifth of funk. I remembered the day that colleague told me about it and so I bought it.

When I was listening to the album I kind off liked it but I noticed that the vocals on every song sounded different. When I looked in the booklet I saw that there where a lot of artist mentioned by every track but not George Clinton (only on the last track: Every little bit hurts he was credited). By a few other songs he was mentioned as producer or writer.

So now I’m wondering why is the artist George Clinton when he is so slightly involved in the album? Or do I have a strange album or tribute album and is that the reason why? If anybody knows more about George Clinton please inform me!

George Clinton? Is that what happens if Bush and Bill gets a child.

[IMG] I don't have the album that you describe. To get into Clinton, may I recommend Parliament "Up for the down stroke", "Mothership Connection", or "Chocolate City"? There are many others, but any of those will let you know if it is for you.

Both. I would recommend purchasing any of those albums. They are amongst Clintons best work. Or you could just get Parliament/Funkadelics greatest hits.
