Game speed very low.

    Well, I just installed both expansions for the first time, but my games goes awfully slow, like it has some kind of lag. It never happened with only NN installed, does anyone know the answer?

    You don't give even nearly enough information.

    Computer specs? OS? Has the HDD been defragmented? Are you running windowed? Are both game and desktop color depths 32 bit? Are your DCHP settings correct? Anything too heavy in startup? Are you synchronizing to a NTP server while playing? When did you recompile your kernel last time? Where did that damn penguin appear from? Is your phaser set to stun?

    The system requirements for the expansions are higher then NWN alone, this probably is the reason.

    But, like Taza said, more informations could help.

    Maybe you are playing NWN OC and NWN Expansions at the same time? Hehe, just kidding.

    I also had this problem back then... until I got a new video card. Perhaps your video card is not up to the standard of the expansion. But then, that is only one of the possibilities.
