Game Freezes after Torak Dialogue

When I enter the area where the orc camp and village prisoners are, Torak is supposed to open a dialog about my party still being alive, and how he is going to go prepare for war. As soon as I answer him it stays locked up instead of giving me control back.
I have reinstalled the game and the patch, but it still freezes when I get to this point no matter what I do.
Can anyone tell me what the possible problem may be, and or how to fix it.

I start the fight before he can speak, just attack some of the orcs outside the camp. Gives you the upper hand by taking out at least 1 archer before the rest come after you.

 

I've had that problem a couple of times. It's where the troll sneaks up and steals the Moonblade. Although just restarting the executable solved the problem for me.

Turn your graphics card's selctions to "high quality", and turn off AA/AF.

After that, slow down the "frame rate" in the configuration, and turn down the path nodes. Say, 35/100,000. Try turning off the audio options, and teh "duplicate floating text" and some of the other game settings. Lastly, turn off some of the graphics options. Dithering, animations, pre-cache, subtitles.
