Well I decided to start the game again, The game start normaly everything's fine until I speak to that dwarf that brag about his boat in Targos, and then the game crash. Strange is it per chance a side effect of a full installation?

i would suggest reinstalling to make sure its not just an installation bug. after that, i would suggest patching to version 2.01 before trying to play, then try to start again and see what happens. Also, it could be something changed in your override folder. remove the dlg files from there before reinstalling to see if thats it first. Make sure to disconnect from the internet and disable virus scan that might be open, sometimes memory troubles could occur.

Other than that, i cant help as you didnt give and error message
