FR:Thief/monk

    What thief level should I be when I multiclass to monk for the AC bonus. My race is a Drow best elf in FR!

    Assuming that you will go exclusively with monk after you multi, I would reccomend level 10, so you can get at least one special ability. If you wan't to go for more monk, then multiclass at a level that comes just before a level when you don't get any useful benifits at. For instance, when going to level 3 in rogue, you get some higher saves, higher BAB and more sneak attack dice.
