    Wow. Harsh language from the eggman. Anyways, if I ever were to read a fantasy book, I don't think I could ever bring myself to read something like Harry Poter. I mean just the look of the advertisements is a huge turn off.

    [​IMG] Too bad, because the book is excellent. I'm not kidding, I enjoyed reading them. And I've read enough fantasy to know a good book when I read it.
    The problem is that it got too much publicity and that was a huge turn-off for myself too. I wouldn't have read it if I didn't get the first one as a gift... But hear this, I went out and bought the others that came out after the first one. Says it all.
