[IMG] BG2 just hit the stores this morning, 09/27/2000. why did it take so long to get to Chicago, a major city in North America.

i barely had time to install it and do a few things like save Minsc before i had to go to work.
man this game looks sweet and i cant wait to get home to play it. and how about the users manual. WOW its huge. that brings me to my point. why are some of the new NPC's that you meet in the game listed in the manual. i don't wont to know who i can have join my party until i actually run into them. i skipped this part but it really suprised me when i saw this.

Perhaps it's because many quests come along with each NPC and they want you to know what they look like and who they are, so you get the wide playing variety found in BG2. Not sure, regardless of that, they don't give away very much information nor state their location. I just play and do the quests I get, if I meet someone, great, but right now I'm happy with my party and don't have any plans on breaking it up just yet.
