How do I get a feeblemind dispelled? Sirine got Jaheira. I don't know if I'll be able to kill the 3 of them without getting feebed so what do I have to do?

You usually dispel magic by using the Dispel Magic spell...

Feeblemind (the spell) means a will saving throw so if you know you are becoming the target of such a spell you might cast spells beforehand that raise your saving throws or other protections...

However don’t Sirines threaten you with Feeblemind only if they succeed in a melee attack against your characters? Be prepared and don’t get hit.

Thank You. I meant when a character is afflicted with a feeblemind spell (failed saving throw). How dooes the spell effects get negated?

You can use Dispel Magic, Heal or Greater Restoration to clear the effect.
Wish will also work as long as you manage to roll the correct option Restoration on all party members. This is probably overkill though, and using this option will also make your party members fatigued.

So will Greater Restoration. Though, given that this is BG1 we're talking about, I doubt either Wish or Greater Restoration will be available. Dispel magic might not be available either, depending on your level. And might not work that well, if you're not high enough level. In BG1, your best bet is probably those clerical places where you can buy heal or restoration.

Is it a thing from the EE that the sirenes use feeblemind, though? I don't recall them casting it in BGTutu, at least. Just charm and poisonous arrows.

Nah, this was in the original edition as well - though in the enhanced edition they changed it so the effect applied is actually feeblemind which can be dispelled, in the original game the effect simply set the victim's intelligence to 3 for 25 rounds which can not be dispelled.
Here's the EE version of the weapon item sirenes use (SIRENE1.ITM) in near infinity :
