We all have our favourie B movies (I know I do, at least when I was younger). So list all movies you like but where cut down by the critics or weren't even critisized at all! Also list movies that you like when you was younger and should be considered ultimately cheesy now!

When I was younger I loved almost any movie with Steven (I'm breakin' bones) Seagal. Some years back these movies were exciting when I see them now they are downright humerous.

I am not ashamed to say that I like the Postman with Kevin Costner. Hah on some level I like Waterworld while I'm at it.

John Candy rules and I like almost any movie starring him.

I love all those Italian horror movies especially the zombie movies such as 'Zombie Flesh Eaters', 'the beyond' etc.

Recent Asian horror movies are great also but I am not sure if they count as b-movies.

Oh boy, this could be a long list if I really thought about it for a while. Well, the first ones that come to mind are

Jackie Chan – City Hunter, Battle Creek Brawl, Armour of God 1&2
Bruce Campbell – Evil Dead Films, Bubba Ho-Tep
Dolph Lundgren – I Come in Peace
    Jet Li – Twin Warriors
Kurt Russell - Big Trouble in Little China
    Godzilla vs The Cosmic Monster
    The Eliminators

    Yeah!!
Big Trouble in Little China, i love that movie. A few days before i was trying to remember its original name but the translated (in portuguese) name kept coming to my mind. Thanks JSBB :D

I like a lot of B-movies that the list would be huge but from the top of my mind:
    - Big Trouble in Little China eheh
    - Equilibrium (with Christian Bale)
    - Escape from New York
    - John Carpenter's Vampires
Now i realize this: John Carpenter is the king of B-rated movies. yeah

My all time favourite B movie is Assault on precinct 13. After that, I like many of John Carpenter's movies, like The Fog. However, I didnt like the thing.

Other greats: Judge Dredd, I also liked waterworld and the postman.

Best indie movie ever for me was Last Night.

It's got to be Nemesis (1993), a sci-fi with Olivier Gruner. It amused me so much to see theese cheasy locations and bad acting, combined with a really nice story
Ohh yeah and I just loved Commando when I was younger, a movie i would hate to watch theese days....

Oh, forgot to add: The Three Amigos! Silly maybe, but still one of the best comedies made.

Waterworld, Judge Dredd and Big Trouble In Little China (I've been watching that movie since I can remember :D ) have all been mentioned, already, so I'll go for King Arthur, which I thought was brilliant (even if Clive Owen could have done better) even though it took some horrible reviews.

EDIT: Yes, The Three Amigos! How could I have forgotten? BTW, if anyone fancies popping into the FAI and asking Tak, Lawless and myself to act out a scene from it for you, we'd be more thatn happy to oblige :D

Sleepless: in it's premise. Never said it was scary. I would like to see your reaction of being lost in the woods with three crazy cannibals chasing you. Would not be fun. You think you are sleepless now?

Basically anything Mel Brooks. Robin Hood Men in Tights, Spaceballs, Dracula Dead and Loving it, The History of Man(?), Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein (my favorite)... Some of these are the funniest movies i've ever seen, and their usually so bad their good :) .

I wouldn't count Mel Brooks, because his movies are deliberately cheesy.

Off the top of my head, it's actually Matrix Reloaded that wins. I didn't like Matrix when I saw it, and so didn't expect much of the sequel. The movie was SO bad however that I kept laughing almost non-stop. The highlights of the movie were Lambert Wilson and the Architest. Way, WAY too cheesy dialogues! It's not that it's the "best" cheesy movie I've seen, but it's definitely the one I laughed most at :D
