    What's your favorite spell combo?

    Mine is the following:

Before a fight I like to put 3 Lower Resistances in a Spell Trigger so I can lower anyone's resistance by 90%.

Then I like like to use Time Stop, 2 Abi-Dalzim's Horrid wilting, followed by another Time Stop. Then I'd just repeat this cycle until everyone's dead. (If the creature had any resistances or spell protections, I'd use the Spell Trigger and Spell Strike in the first cycle.

I used this to past most the game.

hrm, my mage spellup is pretty much the same as you guys. I dont know what you guys cast for priest spells, but this is what i do with a ranger/cleric

    1) i always summon swarm against big baddies and fighting large enemies. You can actually swarm dragons too, contrary to popular belief. I have done it, accept the swarm is inside the dragons body and not on his head. You gotta look for it. I dont use creeping doom because i like to save my high level spell slot for more goodies.

    2) natures beauty

    3) earthquake, earthquake!!!! i just like to see the screen shake, me loves it.

    4) if i'm fighting any sort of undead, ill give a few good sunrays and falsedawns. Ie for lichs, skeletons, zombies, etc. Its fun to watch them fry and get confused from the light!

however, priests don't have the cool stuff like timestop and improve alacrity so as far as putting up a quick/fast spell casting combo go it really sucks. But, i love priest spells nonethless.

I don't have any level 9 scrolls so far cause I'm still in SoA, but I like improved alracity, calling down 2 comets then finishing the rest with magic missles and flame arrows.

A good spell sequencer for me is greater malison, and 2 secret words. Then give them the Finger :D.

One I really like is the cheesiest combo ever. Chaincontingeny 3*abidalzims. Use it in a fight let it target the nearest baddie and see them die. For best effect use timestop+improve alacricity and then blast the baddies with lower resistances and pierce magics first :D

Greater deathblow + Improved Haste + Melf's Minute Meteors = A room full of dead things.

Something that worked wonders on my archer was: Improved haste (from ring of gaax), tuigan bow w. quiver with arrows +1 or 2 and greater deathblow and guard function ... awesome, wiped out a whole crowd of enemies within seconds.

I have good combination of spells that kills even dragons in 4 rounds. All you need is a mage, preferably a sorcerer. I start the fight with timestop. Then I make a spell trigger with 2xlower resistances and 1xgreater malison, which I trigger very close to the dragon. The next step is chain contingency with 3 Abi Dalzim's Horrid wiltings. I move few steps away from my enemy, just to make sure my spell trigger affects the monster first. In few seconds the contingency activates and I make aother with the remaining Abi Dalzim's. Between two contingencies I cast a magic missile, just to use all my time to destroy. When time stop runs out the enemy's MR is lowered by 60%, his saving throws are lowered with -4 and there are 6 Abi Dalzim's and 2 magic missiles heading for him. I prefer using this tactic against dragons. None of them survived my attack yet...heh...heh!
