Ok which game is your fav? These are your choices:
    baldurs gate(with TOTSC)
    bg2(with TOB)
    IWD(with heart of winter)
    PST
    POR(yeah right:D)
    NWN

    Neverwinter nights is my favourite:)

[IMG] Baldur's Gate 1 is still and probably will remain my favourite. I have many fond memories of that one. Next fav would be Planescape: Torment.

Baldur's Gate with Tales of the Sword Coast. The first and the best :).

For now, my fav AD&D is Planescape Torment. I still have to try out NWN but since no one above mntioned it i think i will stay with PST.

Baldur's Gate 1 with TOTSC clearly. It just has a certain mood to it, the way Imoen shouts "heya" after Gorions battle with Sarevok in the beginning of the game.... The music and the feel all the way through the game, love it.
    My favorite without doubt

Hmmmm talking about it made me wanna play it again, think I am going to do that....:heh:

[IMG] I'd have to agree with everyone else so far: BG1 (with and without the TotSC expansion) is the best. They did a very good job of 'bringing' you into the storyline one bit at a time. And it's highly replayable, and non-linear :) Of course, NWN has almost unlimited potential. A completely 'open' game, with entire worlds to explore....

Yeah BG1 ... I don't know, I mean BG1 had a certain feel to it ... a rawness all most? I couldn't put my finger on it then and even now ... there was/were/are just something/s about it that just appeals so much ... :heh:

Planescape: Torment, of course. Unlike the BG series, it isn't riddled with bugs, and actually has a good story. It even looks better.

I'm not sure if AD&D really is the ultimate system for computer rpgs, especially after playing morrowind, but if I have to pick one it would be BG2. A lot of tweaks and possibilities there, not to mention a classic gameworld that still managed to steer clear of most clichés... I mean, you didn't even get to save the world, just a part of it.. :D
