    Chevalier's potion of Matutinal Resurrection, commonly referred to as chev's hangover cure:
    =================

    Variant A)

    4 spoonfulls of coffee
    2 spoonfulls of cinnamon
    a glass of hot but not boiling water

    Cover it all for 10-20 minutes and then uncover and drink. Important: remember to uncover. No sugar or milk.

    Variant B) (espresso)

    full load of coffee and cinnamon

    Don't add sugar or milk, don't cover, just drink it hot.

    Ragusa's Coffee of Doom, (c) Ragusa, used without permission ;)
    =================

    Half a glass of strong cocoa, fill it up with espresso.

    For Empowered Coffee of Doom, (c) Ragusa, unofficial mod:

    The same as above, but the cocoa is the darkest you can get, as strong as as possible without clots and you only get the first drops of black liquid that your expresso gives out (1/4 to 1/3 glass). Take the cup, pour Advocaat first, then the cocoa and finally the the coffee.

    Banana Republic:
    =================

    Poweful but not excessive (or you're not getting the foam!) load of high quality coffee. Add Pina Colada liquor and a few drops of milk or cream. Sugar if you like.

    Afternoon Ice-cream of Resurrection:
    =================

    A cup of vanilla and chocolate ice-cream

    Take the cup of ice-cream and pour coffee over it straight from the machine (only the blackest of black will fit if the cup is already full of ice-cream :) ). No sugar or milk added.

    Gee Bel, you don't look like a tea drinker.

    I like my coffee the same way I like my women, strong, hot and black!

    (or as Bel would remind me ... strong, smothering and testosterone draining!)

    We would allow our son to taste things, often in the hope that he wouldn't like them and not clamor for more until he was older. Well, it worked with soda (Pepsi), beer (MacTarnahan's Scottish Ale), and red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon).

    Then we tried coffee. Black, unsweetened, decaf. The little bugger went back for THIRDS before we cut him off! I foresee a serious Starbucks problem in his future!

    Hot, strong, and black, indeed. ;)

    :lol:

    A triple Ristretto for me please. Comes with a glass of water. :)

    I love hot, strong and esp black women, but when they become as strong as the ristretto, I'd rather have an Espresso.

    A cure for a hangover ? Easy... one or two beers, and all is well again.

    Works every time for me. :D

    Actually it's more like the official name suggests - morning resurrection. If I have a hangover, I have it two days after I stop drinking, that is when I'm getting sober. When I wake up after 8 hours there's no way I should have a hangover :shake:

    I only like coffee when I need to wake up. That doesn't mean that you have to throw it in my face when I still sleep, btw.
    I rarely drink coffee past 1pm.
