[IMG] what would BG be like with a Fallout ending, giving you the choice to play on? Would it really be so contrary to roleplaying rules?

so your nemesis is dead, doesnt mean you have to stop being a hero.

It's bad idea since there is a BG sequel or expansion that you can insert your previous character in.

Now about that xCap remover, I'm not supposed to curse here.

However, it would be nice to punish players that import the character with nonsense levels in sequels, i.e. cut them back to level 2.

And yet, there's no place in BG (1 or 2) that comes in my mind you could get more things after you nail Irenicus. You know, like Vault City and New Reno in Fallout2 (Lynette now flirts, you can make a movie of your heroic deeds, etc).

i only used the excap remover so my thief could go up to level ten like am supposed to be able to. to tell you the truth, i think the cap is too high, it is very difficult to get that high anyways.

my only wish is that my tales cd didnt go out so i could have that really nifty autostack feature...i miss it...alot...

i am not a powergamer and i despise cheating. there is no point to either one, it just makes the game too easy, even if you change the slightest thing. oh well, i think Fallout 2 was better than Fallout not only because of the better partner control but because of the better inventory system. (and personaly, i just think Fallout was a little easy)
