Ever get Jaheira to dual-weild?

I've never done it, but now I'm considering it. With Ironskins and a STR belt, she's a great tank, and shouldn't be taking damage anyway.

 

Yes, in fact every time I've used jaheria it has been dual-wielding. Clubs and scimitars. Whatever the best club I find + Belm usually.

 

I generally don't do this, because I don't really it's in character for her. I did have her dual wield spectral brand and belm in one of my run throughs, however, and was a most deadly melee opponent (especially at higher levels).

 

I always use a shield with her, with that and a good plate mail, she can get an AC as low as -13 easily, plus add that Ironskin spell and she's near untouchable. One wepon is enough.

 

In my current game, she uses Bows (thanks to Natural Selection mod) so she only has one melee weapon, and has single weapon proficiency. (I had to tweak her proficiencies via SK a little bit. ) The trade off is, she can not wear armor heavier than studded leather now. (just like P&P druids) This opens new strategies! Fun! A side note:She can wear the Ankhkeg plate, I guess it is natural enough!

 

I allways make her dualwield. She's awsome as a fighter, and yes I usually give her something strengthenhancing also.

 

Never have. She kilt good with one weapon and that was okay with me.

 

I've never had her dual-wield . I haven't played the game that much though, so I might do it sometime in the future. I always make her wield a spear or staff (yes, I also change her proficiencies with SK ).

 

I much prefer her with a Staff. It seems more in keeping with her character somehow to bash someone's head in with both hands at once. She is a very angry person...

 

Yeah woodweapons seems to fit her attitude somehow

 

Jaheira is built to dual wield. Belm and pretty much anything is how I will always use her.

From a power gaming perspective, I agree that Jaheira does this well. But I really don't think it fits her personality from a roleplaying perspective. She certainly has not applied her proficiency points as to show any interest in dual wielding. That's why I generally keep her holding a shield or using a staff. Eventually she'll get Greater Whirlwind attack anyway, and will get 10 attacks per round. So yeah, Jaheira becomes a force to be reckoned with no matter how you equip her.
