    My new laptop is supposed to arrive today!

    I'm not allowed to look at it though! Or even open the box! Was a bit of a scare on Monday when it was supposed to arrive as I signed for a small package, I presumed it was one of Janes, but when I put it down on the table in the hallway I saw underneath the paper with the address "dell.com" now this box was about the size of my mousemat, but a fair bit deeper...

    Turned out it was just the mouse. (thank the gods)

    But anyway, Jane opened it without letting me look and burst out laughing, then said to me "This is more pink than purple, you're going to hate it!"

    Turns out she was winding me up. It's actually a really nice colour, a deep, metallic purple and the laptop will be the same.
