[IMG] Would anyone be able to tell me what I need to do to edit the Adventurer's Mart so that I can make custom-made items for sale there?

If you're doing it for yourself, use Near Infinity or DLTCEP--both will allow you to edit shops. If you're making a mod, use WeiDU. It's got a handy ADD_STORE_ITEM command.

[IMG] Hmmm. It seems I'm stuck again; after you load the store file, and add your custom item files, where do you need to save the store file so that the changes actually show up in the game? Or, is there something special you need to do to the custom item file so that it can be sold in a store? Any help here would be awesome, seeing as how I've been unsuccessfully trying to add some custom items to the Adventurers' Mart for the past hour or so. (using DLTCEP)

Save it with the same name in the override folder inside your BG2 folder. There may or may not already be a copy in there.

One thing to keep in mind is that store information is kept in your save games--you would only be able to see your changes in the store if you're using a game where you have not visited the store yet.

I wrote a tutorial a few years ago on doing this with IEEP. You can find that on this site (Games -> BG2 -> Tricks, Tips, and Hints). DLTCEP is much the same.

I strongly recommend doing this via WeiDU, though.
