According to Stratics, Turbine's Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach was the best game of the show at this year's E3 Expo. Here are the reasons:

Turbine is in the process of bringing Dungeons & Dragons into the realm of MMORPG gaming. The developers have made an excellent game in which they bring the pen and paper feel into the 3D world of Eberron. The music and sound are superb and the graphics excellent with a soft mystical feel. The developers have designed DDO to fulfill the desires of both the hardcore gamer, the casual gamer, and the solo gamer, allowing all player types to advance and have fun in the process. One of the most unique features that DDO brings into the MMO realm is the questing system as the means for gaining experience. No longer do players grind away at mobs eking out dribbles of experience each kill. In DDO monsters themselves do not give experience; instead, all experience comes from completing quests. This allows the players the freedom to complete the quest in a manner best suited to their abilities as a player and group. The barbarian who kills every living thing in sight receives the same reward as the thief who was able to sneak in and steal the prize. It is this freedom that players from pen and paper D&D will recognize and is what will allow DDO to truly capture the heart of players. All in all Dungeons & Dragons Online offers a unique game play experience and promises to bring D&D into the forefront of the MMO realm. It is for this reason that DDO has won the Golden Cog
    award for ‘Best Overall’.
