I made a beserker to level 22 to dual class to druid and reach level 23. At dual classing I had around 3.5m xp. After the dual classing and passing level 1 druid, some druid guy came up to me and said I should head off for the druid grove and take the leadership challenge.

It says that you must be at least level 14 or have 1.5 million xp to qualify, so when I was still only level 10 druid I would have had about 4m xp.

Does the game determine qualification by xp or by level?

You have to be level 14 in druid class. That is what the game tests. Anything else is not true/necessary. In other words, if you're level 14 with zero experience, you'll still qualify.

This doesn't mean that the thing is not bugged. So go to the Grove and check. And post what happened!

[IMG] I think it should be detirmined by your druid level. At least thats what it says on loading screen: "Your druid must be at least level 14 to be able to challenge for the leadeship of a druid grove". At least something like that.

I have another question concerning druid stronghold quest:
I was lvl 14 and i defeated the challenge master so i'm supposed to be the leader there. But everytime i speak to him he just repeats his call for anyone to challenge him. Then i say the only option i have: There's no need for that i'm already the master.
And thats all. It seems a bit poor compared to others.
    So is this normal?

It is the design. Poor design. Remember that the lead designer's name is Dave Gaider. Perhaps you've saw that name in some other game?

I met the druid guy who waltzes up and says, "come and take the challenge to be the leader" twice. Once at level 10 and a day or so later (game time) at level 12.

Well, I went off and took the "challenge" and I was the Great Druid at level 12. I even took a screen shot of the Character Record Sheet.

I was unable to get the quests started though, perhaps you sleep outside the grove?

I thought that they were meant to start almost immediately, but nothing happened.

Anyhow, I got bored trying to mow lawns and get from level 12 to 14 Druid which is about 2million xp, so I went off to Brynnlaw. I will be level 15+ by the time I am back to chapter 6 so I'll check again later.

Does the Druid stronghold ever ask you to "come home" and start the quests?
