    You know you aren't ready to face drizzt when, he butchers your entire party in under ten seconds. Okay, so I'm not ready. But for when I AM, with this party how would you suggest going about it?

    Here is a sure cheezy way to take care of him:

    Have the most useless in this fight, that is Xan as Drizzt is resistant to magic, fire of a slingshot and then run around hasted by the boots of speed and armored from spells with Drizzt after hims while the rest picks him of with bows. Pickpocket Drizzt before if you want in order to weaken his offensive capabilities.

    Pickpocket won't work on Drizzt if you have a later version of the game installed. It's certainly never worked with mine even when I used Gatekeeper to give myself cheatingly high thieving abilities.

    The best cheese tactic is to get Otiluke's Resiliant Sphere (available in Sorcerous Sundries if you have TOTSC installed) and cast it on a character very close to Drizzt. Then attack Drizzt. He'll stand there and waste all his attacks on the character protected by the Sphere allowing everyone else to pelt him with arrows and bolts till he dies.
