    [​IMG] We've had a few hours of downtime due to loss of power to an internal power distribution unit in the building our server's in. Everything should be back to normal now.

    And just in case you're wondering, we're still having some technical difficulties. As soon as the server goes down I can bring it back up, I just can't figure out why httpd keeps crashing. Some techs are working on the server over another issue, so I suspect they're to blame for some of it. I should be getting an answer from our host soon.

    In the meantime, please bear with us...

    Well, it looks like our friend, the RAM-eating monster is back, because we're short on RAM yet again. *sigh*

    Putting in another 512MB stick would probably solve all the problems, but the question is for how long. There are some possible optimizations I could do, but there's really no guarantee they would help enough, or at all. I'm not too comfortable doing them on a live server either. So I guess if we still keep having these problems, another stick of RAM will be my first solution. Then if even that doesn't help, I'll really have to come up with something smarter. Oh, the joys of server administration...
