This being my sorcerer's last spell pick from this level, I'm trying to decide between Dominate Person (DP) and Feeblemind (FM).

The way I see it, Dominate Person is clearly better, since:
    - DP lasts 1 min/level = 9 rounds/level = 135 rounds (at level 15), while FM lasts 20 rounds.
    - Both can be used to disable both fighters and wizard types, as well as monsters (is that true?). But a dominated creature will fight for you (will dominated wizards use their spells?), whereas FM will just disable them.
    - Both have a Will save at -2

How many creatures can my sorcerer dominate simultaneously? (I hope it's not just one - if it is, then I'll pick FM).

    Any other aspects I haven't seen ?

Dominate Person has always been better to me. Let's see, both neutralize your opponent, but one makes them fight for you. So it's clear Domination is better.

The spell description says nothing against being able to dominate more than one person, I think it can happen, if they fail their saves.

I played around with Dominate Person in the fields of slaughter. Can't dominate undead (they're immune). But hey, I was able to dominate the liche! :) He fought for me until the end of the level, but didn't cast any spells. Tried to pick his pockets too, but failed, even with 28 pp skill. Let's see if one can dominate a monster, since the spell description says "creature".

(Funny thing is that the liche is actually not undead, although the dread elves with him are, as well as the dread orcs and fallen bladesingers.)
