Sniper, I don't think you actually ask if we ever seen that particular cretin.
I think you want to know if we have or had similar person in our life.

Sniper, I did!

He was around when I was young. I got nervous, crazy, idiotic, clumsy, sweating, embarrased etc, etc every time he appeared nearby. He did the same things no matter who I was with (NOT only girls) driving me mad each time.
And then I changed tactics. I started to ignore the bastard. When I wasn't actually able to ignore, I asked loudly in public the exact same question as is your thread titled: "Anyone knows this person?". Who do you think was embarrased then?

After many years he ended up as local idiot with whom noone wants to be near nor to do anything with. And I got myself a reputation I always dreamed of. Still, I became tolerant and I say him "Hi" when I see him. I mean, we went to same school, it means something to me... And these days his eyes are staring at me always in the same manner - jealously green.

I think at every point we all know someone like this person, and these people always exist. Where i live, we call them neds, and they hang around on street corners, worshipping the phone boxes there because of the voices that come out of them, begging them to teach them the secret of fire, and make them look 18 by some miracle so they can buy alcohol.
I despise them, and lets face it, thay aren't the brightest or bravest either. Any hassle you get from them is exactly thet, from them. Thay are afraid withlout at least 10 of them there. My advice, ignore him. Oh, we also call people like him skunts. The first part comes from the word skate, you can guess the rest pretty easily, it's because of their dickhead passtime. They seem to try to annoy everywhere, lets form a club to make them go away .

Fat egg, that depends on the situation. I have learned that violence is ALMOST never the solution.

If he is just generally annoying you don't worry about it and ignore him.

Only punch his lights out if it is absolutly nessisary.

I had a creep around when i was in the forth grade that was always pushing me around. so finally he dicided that is would be funny to do that while i was at my friends house. He started to push me around and then i just had had enough and beat the crap out of him. He never bothered me again. (the only problem was that his mom saw his black eye and was debating on sueing me, but i fixed that also by teling her what a disease he had been to me)

As we are all from different walks of life, let us all mention ages instead of school years (e.g grade 5 or year 10) as that does get confusing...

And i go for kicking the crap out of him...he's just been a cause of ruining my teenage life about 2 hours ago...

 

well, then that would be about 4 years, not much has happened between then and now.
