[IMG] Do you have any idea how is the default DC of the
sorcerer? Is it 10?Well,to tell the truth the most
powerful spellcasters are the sorcerers. They add
the CHA to DCs and with Eagle Splendor you can
reach 30+CHA and add 10 to the DCs.So an aasimar
    has 27 CHA + 1d4 is more than 30 and 30 is 10
to DC so...10+10+4=24?!Hmmm not too much.Strange
don`t you think. There must be somethings we don`t
know. How is the default DC,how much DC the greater
    spell penetration provides?The spell resistance
is easily beaten by LV30 sorcerer since he rolls
1d20 and adds his max level(30) and if you have
    the GSP(+6).But the DCs?!

Spell DC (for everyone) is (should be according 3e) spell level + 10 + bonus from spell casting ability modifier (INT, CHA, WIS) + bonuses from skills/feats/items/magic (Aegis of Rime, spell penetration, ...).

the only feat that affects spell save DC is spell focus. Spell penetration is used to overcome spell resistance and has no effect on saving throws against the spell.
