Dale Keeper won't work

    [​IMG] I had my IWD without expansioninstalled in folder C. Now that I had HoW and ToTLM, I uninstalled it, and re-installed IWD+HoW+ToTLM+Auril's Bane mod+Tweaks to D folder.

    Then I copied Dale Keeper Icon from C, and pasted it into new IWD folder in D.

    Problem is, it won'T work. It tries to open, but can not find IWD files. I changed its settings to D folder, and re-started. No avail.

    What can I do? Should I get a new and fresh Dale Keeper, or is my game uncompatible with it now? What?

    try downloading it anew, i think it might have a couple of other files it need to work.

    Are you sure that you have entered the address correctly? If you are unsure, you can use the "Search" function to locate the game automatically.

    If that doesn't work, then probably your game is missing some core files (ie chitin.key), and needs to be reinstalled.

    This exact same problem happened to me on my last run through the game. I had exactly the same mods installed and it was on my d drive as well. I thought of the download thing but it didn't help.

    I got to thinking it might be Auril's Bane or tweaks. This is just speculation, but I seem to recall it working way back before the mods existed.

    Either way, i'd be interested in knowing why I couldnt reverse my stupid decesion to duel-class at lv 4... oh dalekeeper, reverser of mistakes, how i missed thee.

    DK doesn't work with Auril's Bane most likely. There's a link to an universal editor on SP that might, however. It's listed in the IE modding section on SP.

    I am %100 sure I entered the address correctly. Used search and manually entering the addres procedure. I just freshly installed the game. I don'T think some files are missing, that is ofcourse if AB does not remove them somehow. Plus if files are missing or corrupt, game won'T work right?

    OH I assure you I do not use DK for cheat purposes. I may be a powergamer through and through but I am not a dirty cheater. I mainly use DK for cosmetic changes, like avatar/look changes of my PCs, for example I want my F/M/T look like he is actually wearing a robe. So I wanna adit his avatar into mage. Or apply new and spiffy colors unselectable by normal ways. Or other minor things.
