    The Hammer of Thunderbolts is in the sewers under the Temple District. You have to find the secret door to the Illithid hideout, and they have the hammer.

    The scroll with the true name of the hammer is on the body of the Shadow Dragon, located in the Shade Lord's Temple.

    I don't know where to find the Girdle of Frost Giant strength, though.. it's the only part I haven't located.

    The girdel is in the underdark, if u sacrefice an "animal" an elemental just do fine, at the altar in the "cuatoan" dungeon, one of the demonnights have it....
