    Ahh, I remember the fond days, where I was a newbie and Tal threatened me with the IotW. Wait, that was yesterday. :D (Tal, I take it seriously, don't doubt that.)

    When I joined, it was around 1500 members here IIRC.

    [​IMG] 6500 members! That is not a joke. This place is popular. And deserves it. No matter that only about 25% of them is active (I heard this from Tal), it is still excellent.

    @Sorvo: Will the amount of drink be enough for the party? :shake: I can aid you with some Hungarian and Czechian beer if you wish :D

    Don't quote me on things you hear second-hand. I'd never give such an estimate. 5% is certainly more accurate than 25%.

    "Even remotely" meaning that they posted at least once in the last couple of years, not the actual number of active people at present...

    It'd be practically impossible to determine any exact figure of regular visitors. Many regular visitors here are lurkers who barely ever (or never) post, just read.

    IMO the reason of the low activity is probably the fact that people register, ask their question and then never or just rarely return.
