    [​IMG] I hate to spoil this, but I once red that there are over 1000 naturally occurring chemicals in coffee, 22 of these have been tested and 17 were found to be carcinogenic!

    - It makes your teeth yellow.

    I think that the reason coffee is found good has nothing to do with what's in the coffee but because of the drinking habbits of the coffeedrinkers. While they're drinking coffee, they don't drink anything else that is bad for diabetes.

    At least 4 to 6 cups a day here, no problems with stomach moaning or breath smelling but as Meatdog said, hyperactivity is just the right reason to drink the stuff. Also, for me, it helps me get to sleep at night for some strange reason. Gets me going durnig the day but gets me to slep at night. Maybe I'm just more weird than I thought.

    Aldazar, I have found that coffee makes me sleepy at night too for some strange reason but it sure gives me that boost in the morning and afternoon when I need it.

    My Dad has been drinking half dozen cups a day, and I mean BIG cups since he was 20 or so and it destroyed his life.... seriously, there was this one time he was arrested for stealing cookies from a Girl Scout just so he could dip them in his moca. Would a tea drinker do that I ask you? nay!

    Well, maybe. Because you sure as heck are building up any in your blood stream. Makes your liver work harder to replenish the glycogen, though.

    The French roast joke was funny. I like the vanilla French roast. God, it makes my whole place smell absolutely wonderful. I usually put some in when I have guests. :)

    Also, chocolate covered coffee beans == Life.

    I never started drinking coffee. My grade five teacher said it stunts your growth. Never tried it after that.

    How long did it take you to work that out? just curious that's all :)

    I think the part about stunting your growth might be true I only started before turning 17 and I'm a bit over 6.4 ft whereas other guys I've known started before 10 and none of them got taller then 5.7 ft

    I only have 1 word to decrive coffee...... DISGUSTING!!
    It makes me feel sick when i occassionally try coffee to see if i like it yet :sick:

    but tea on the other hand, it is delicious, only if you have alot of milk and sugar tho.

    but the drink that beats them all is .................. HOT CHOCOLATE!!

    I dont drink cofee at all.
    Its not that i like/hate it, but i'm just too lazy/stingy to make or buy one :)
    Besides, I dont need it anyway.

    Coffee is vile. Makes your breath smell, your teeth yellow and gives you headaches.

    Drink tea!... Saying that, on a recent visit to America, i found the tea there to taste like something along the lines of sheep piss**.

    *That would be the drink of the Gods. Not the cream that goes well with sponge pie

    **I would like to add, that I have never actually tasted sheep piss.
