I'm not sure it's in this game. You must be thinking of Baldur's Gate 1.

However, if you have the Lich in the Docks component of Tactics(I think) installed, the cloak can be found in the storehouse above the entrance to the Thieves' Guild.

And a great cloak it is! Sure it only acts like a cloak of protection +1, but it grants you an aditional 25% magic resistance! Got to love that that thing!

I know about the helmet, sword, shield and armor of Balduran, but are there any other items that once belonged to him? I want to make a theme fighter! O by the way, to get the cloak, be ready for a tough fight! (Well at least when your not high level anyway)

    Rednik,
I couldn't really understand what 'Lich in the Docks component of Tactics' mean. (Playing this game for the first time). Could you be a bit more elaborate?
    Thunder,
Tough fights are no problems, but I must know where to pick up those fights.:)

He is referring to the Tactics mod (available from http://www.weidu.org) which includes some battles which ramp up the difficulty extremely. If it's your first time through I would not recommend it.

@Shivi: You might want to finish the game without any mods installed before you try to tackle the beast that is the Tactics/Ascension mod (I know they're separate mods, but everyone uses them together...atleast I do at any rate.)

Also, if you want tough fights, finish off all three dungeons of the Underdark...other than that, SoA doesn't have as many encounters, unlike the expansion.

Yeah, I agree with Sparhawk, the tactics mod is hard, especially on a first run-through. I don't recommend you install it until you get a good feel on the combat in BG2.

You can also use the "keep items from BG1 on import" mod. Can't remember where it is. Then there is the old "paused inventory during new game load" exploit where you can drop all your items at your feet as the new game is loading.

There is always the butter knife of Balduran, witch can be found at Werewolf Island in Tales of the Sword Coast.. ;)
